• Sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat
• Small cooler with water or your favorite beverage. You may want to bring some snacks as well.
• Fishing License, one day licenses are available through Ohio DNR
• Please check the weather on the day of your trip and dress appropriately. Remember the conditions on the water are usually more intense than they will be on shore.
• If you have any issues with motion sickness (or aren’t sure) you may want to bring motion sickness pills with you just in case. We recommend that you take one the day before your trip as well.
• Be ready to catch fish and have fun!

CANCELLATION POLICY
CUSTOMER PLANS If your plans change and you need to cancel your booking, we require a notice of at least 48 hours prior to the rental start time. In case of cancellation that meets these terms, we will refund your payment in full and release any holds. We understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly, so we strive to make our cancellation policy as flexible as possible. Please note that no-show customers or customers deciding less than 24 hours in advance not to keep the booking will forfeit booking charges. Any holds on your card will be released but the charge will stand.
INCLEMENT WEATHER Sometimes mother nature has plans of her own. We do not cancel for light rain, spotted showers, or overcast days. Ohio forecasts are highly unreliable and force us to make decisions as your booking time nears. In any case that J-ROCK CHARTER LLC. cancels your booking you will be fully refunded. J-ROCK CHARTER LLC. reserves the right to cancellation. If your booking is not cancelled by J-ROCK CHARTER LLC. you are responsible for the booking charges. We try to be accommodating but please understand that we have put a lot of effort in launching the craft and preparing it ahead of time. Weather displaying imminent signs of danger (lightning, high winds, or tornado advisory's) will result in cancellations. Safety is our top priority and the water is not a safe place to be during instances of dangerous weather. Typically these kinds of conditions may not be known 24 hours in advance and may result in last minute cancellations by us. Please expect and respect our decisions to cancel in the best interest of your safety.
